Nora Walters,General Sales Manager, has been in the Automotive Industry for over 30 years.  She was born and raised in Connecticut.  Growing up, she spent many of her summers at her family's cottage by the shore in Guilford.  

Charlie came to Reynolds' Subaru with the new building in 2018 and has spent his life in the car business. He lives in Madison with his wife, Erin and their four children, Emma, Charlie III, Eloise, and crazy Helen. Life isn't crazy enough, so they all enjoy playing with their 3-year-old Bichon, Ollie and are all very excited for a new puppy coming in the summer!

Don, business manager, has been living in Waterford CT his entire life. Living in Waterford and married to his longtime best friend, Valerie. Don and Valerie had been through school together since kindergarten. They have known each other since they were 5 years old. Raising 2 kids, Chandler who has recently started his first year in high school and Ada, she is in her 2^nd year in middle school. Don also has a small yorkie, Reese who is 3 years old.

                Don has grown up in the auto industry. He started washing cars at the age of 10 on Saturdays. When he started selling cars, it was at a new car store in 1995 in Norwich CT and has learned every aspect of a dealership. He has moved up through the "ranks" from a salesperson to a general manager and everything in between. Don prides himself on customer service. He would rather make friends with customers rather than "just selling cars". He was mentored by his hero & best friend, his father, Mike who had worked more than 45 years in the car business.

                Since Don has started at Reynolds, he can't believe that he hadn't started here 20 years ago. The true story of a family owned and operated business. The Reynolds family goes above and beyond to make their employees feel valued and appreciated and most of all "part of the family".

Keith has been working in the car business serving New London and Windham County for 17 years. He is from Sprague where he has been raising his two children, Kevin and Brianna with his wife Bianka. Outside of work is all about family time and building memories. They enjoy hiking, camping, fishing and soccer.

Logan passed away peacefully at home with Hayden and his girls Labor Day weekend  2020.

After fifteen years in a dental career, Sandy felt compelled to switch gears.  With her infectious smile and love of people she decided to try her hand at auto sales.  Now, with over ten years experience, she is as enthusiastic about her job as she was when she first started!  Sandy grew up in Clinton, and spent most of her life living on the shoreline.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, exercising, sports, the beach, and just spending time with family and friends.

Bobbi-Anne also known as Bobbi, joined our Subaru sales team in February 2014. Her love for cars and people makes for the perfect fit. Originally from Waterford, she currently lives in Lyme, CT with her blended family; including their beloved Labradors Merry and McGee. Having a tight knit family throughout Connecticut keeps her busy. When she isn't busy, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ray, fishing, camping, and finishing home improvement projects. Jim joined the Reynolds' team in 2015 after 20+ years in outdoor industry with Eastern Mountain Sports, and North Cove Outfitters. He is a Subaru enthusiast from way back having purchased his first Subaru used in 1984! 

Jim lives in Colchester with his Australian cattle dog Koda. He is an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time running, cycling, hiking, snowboarding and hanging out with his 22 year old son, Haydon. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and homebrewing.

Jen lives in East Lyme and has one daughter, Lila. She has been in the auto industry for a number of years. She loves to run and has been to Las Vegas this past year to run a marathon. If you ever need a suggestion for a book, just ask Jen, as she is also an avid reader!

Chris joined the Reynolds' team in 2018 coming from the retail food industry and has past experience in real estate, investment banking, and spent several years as a gourmet pizza chef. Customer service and satisfaction is #1 in his book. Chris is also a lover of cars and has owned a total of 26 different vehicles including 5 Subaru's, of course! In his spare time Chris enjoys doing projects for friends and family and boating on Long Island Sound. He also dabbles with oil on canvas painting of the ocean and landscapes.

Keith brings over eight years of service experience to our Subaru Service Team.  He is completely committed to keeping your customer satisfaction rating at 100%.  He is always smiling, happy to see you and happy to serve you.  His honesty, reliability and integrity completely encompass the Reynolds' philosophy.  In his free time, Keith and his son Ryan can be found fishing and playing sports.

Bryan, originally from our local community of Old Lyme, now resides in Mystic, CT. He has proven himself to be a wonderful asset to Reynolds' by running the express service center, cutting down the time of services significantly and recently promoted to service advisor. 

An alum of Three Rivers Community College, Bryan enjoys spending his free time problem solving, visiting new places with friends and family, doing jiu-jitsu and MMA.

Jim lives in nearby Old Saybrook and is an all around car guy who has been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. When not working he can be found enjoying the great outdoors. He is an avid hiker, adventure race competitor, motorcyclist, and loves boating the CT River & LI Sound.

Rodney has an impressive twenty-five years of experience as a Subaru technician. He is married with four children, and has a love for baking, German Shepherds, and remote-control cars.

Matt joined the Reynolds' team in 2012 as an Automotive Service Technician.  Matt trained at the Porter & Chester Technical Institute, majoring in Automotive Technology.  After 14 years of experience with Saab, he joined the Reynolds' team.  Since joining our state of the art repair facility, Matt has been committed to continue with his training and education and has become fully Subaru Certified.  He grew up on the CT Shoreline and resides locally.   During his free time he can most often be found with his family.

Kevin loves working with cars, which makes him a perfect fit here at Reynolds' Subaru.

Outside of his career here at Reynolds' Subaru, Spencer likes to go fishing.

Don, born and raised in nearby Norwich, CT, has been around cars for most of his life. His affinity for all things automotive makes him a great addition to the Reynolds' team. In his free time, Don enjoys to spend time with his family, go hiking, and go to the beach

Bringing seven years' experience in the used auto industry, Monica joined our team as a Parts Advisor. Once Marty announced his retirement she quickly transitioned from advisor to Manager. Monica has two daughters, a grandson and a granddaughter on the way. Often you might see Monica out dining with her grandson, whom has a fetish for seafood! She also enjoys anything outdoors, from a long hike to an exhilarating motorcycle ride. Monica also embraces our Love Promise in her daily life, often cooking for those left fortunate and donating her time and talent to help anyone in need.

Dreamoritza has an interest in classic automobiles as well as photography.

Jessica graduated from Lyme-Old Lyme High School and her family owned the beloved Hallmarks ice cream shop. She has a pup named Baxter who loves to cuddle and eat pillows.

Christine worked in the dental field for 19 years and decided to take a chance and try something new. She made the right choice and loves working at Reynolds'. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Ollie and Rupert. They all love the outdoors especially in the winter.

Ryan is a recent graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Ryan's favorite shows are 30 Rock and Generation War. His favorite food is egg drop soup with fried rice. He also has a passion for video editing.

Jerome is new to the car business, but his quick learning and hard work have made him an asset to us here at Reynolds'. He enjoys making music, exercising, and reading in his free time

Steven truly enjoys his job here at Reynolds detailing cars. His hobbies include fishing, craft beer, and playing videogames with his friends.

Congrats Joe on your retirement.  We are going to miss your humor.

Marcia has retired!

Marcia joined Reynolds' Subaru as a service advisor after many years of  experience in customer service. She resides in East Lyme. She has two daughters, Meredith and Joy. 

Her hobbies include kayaking, cooking, editing novels, helping to organize her high school reunion every five years, and reading.  She loves to travel - has explored many different countries, islands, and states.

Charlie is a true lover of Subaru's. His job is his hobby, he collects motorcycle and cars, and both his Subaru's have over 200k miles. He has 3 awesome kids and 5 grandchildren. He has a passion for riding bicycles and has done 5 Closer to Free rides, raising over 4,000 dollars for Yale Cancer Center.
