  • Hayden Reynolds
    General Manager and Owner/Principal

    G. Hayden Reynolds, Jr., GM and Owner/Principal believes successful customer relationships start with forthright communication and genuine interest in customers' needs and desires. He wants Reynolds' customers to be happy, he wants them to win, and he tailors the company's sales and marketing strategies to this purpose.

    A University of Connecticut graduate with a degree in business administration, Hayden joined the business in 1995 in auto sales and over time grown into his position of today. Affable, respectful and animated, he's ardent about his work and infuses all the Reynolds team with his enthusiasm. 

    Hayden is also passionate about the history, future and preservation of the Connecticut River, known for its beautiful vistas and teeming wildlife. He serves on the Connecticut River Museum's Board of Trustees.

    Hayden lives in Lyme with his wife, Emily, Daughters, Lillian, Charlotte and Tess and two Dogs, Logan a Golden who spends much of his time at the Subaru Showroom and Chloe their yellow lab.  He enjoys the outdoors and when not working is likely bow hunting, fishing or boating on the CT river and Long Island Sound.

  • Kathryn Wayland
    CEO and Controller

    Kathryn Reynolds Wayland, vice president and controller knows customers by name, enjoys sharing stories with them and making them feel at home.  She's proud of the Reynolds' history and believes impeccable customer service is the key to its 150-plus years of growth and achievement.  In 1995, Kathryn graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in landscape horticulture and she spent several years afterwards honing her skills.  She joined the company in 1999 as a Subaru service department advisor.  Kathryn moved into her present position in 2001 and thrives on fostering a strong work ethic among the Reynolds team and building strong relationships with customers. Currently, she is a committee member of Troop 26 Boy Scouts, as well as, a member of the Board of Finance for the town of Lyme.  She lives in Lyme, Connecticut with her husband, Mark, and their children, Laura Lee and Ted.  They have fun touring in their restored 1926 Model T Ford and spending summer weekends on Tedlee, their 1965 Lyman sleeper.

  • Nora Morrissey
    Sales Manager

    Nora Morrissey, Sales Manager, has been in the Automotive Industry for over 30 years.  She was born and raised in Connecticut.  Growing up, she spent many of her summers at her family's cottage by the shore in Guilford.  Loving the shore line is what brought her to Old Lyme. Now residing in Old Lyme with her boys Maxwell and Mason 15, as well as, their German Shepherds Bella and Bodie.  Her oldest son Jack,21 is attending college in RI.  In her spare time she enjoys the beach, reading, gardening, watching her children play Lacrosse, boating and fishing with her family.

  • Brian Hagan
    Business Manager

    Brian brings over 25 years of experience in the automobile industry to Reynolds.  In his free time, Brian, his wife Jean and two children, Brian and Colin, enjoy boating on Bantam Lake.  Working together, Brian and his wife Jean restored a 1967 Plymouth GTX a few years back.  They have traveled all over New England bringing it to shows, and it has won first place and received two Celebrity picks at the All Chrysler car Show in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

    Greeter

    Logan has truly embraced the opportunity to be our greeter, greeting every Reynolds customer with a friendly tail wag. He can be found here most days, if not on his bed then dutifully watching the fish in the showroom tank.

    After a very long career with Donnelly and Sons, Joe joined our Sales Team in 2003.  Joe resides in Old Saybrook with his wife Linda.  Best said by Joe himself, when asked why he enjoys working at Reynolds, "selling Subarus for Reynolds' Garage and Marine has allowed me the opportunity to meet a variety of new and interesting people in a rural and very scenic atmosphere that makes doing business with our customers a distinct pleasure."  Joe's professional manner truly makes purchasing a car at Reynolds far better than any of your expectations.

    After fifteen years in a dental career, Sandy felt compelled to switch gears.  With her infectious smile and love of people she decided to try her hand at auto sales.  Now, with over ten years experience, she is as enthusiastic about her job as she was when she first started!  Sandy grew up in Clinton, and spent most of her life living on the shoreline.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, exercising, sports, the beach, and just spending time with family and friends.

    Bobbi-Anne also known as Bobbi, joined our Subaru sales team in February 2014. Her love for cars and people makes for the perfect fit. Originally from Waterford, she currently lives in  Ivoryton with her blended family; including their beloved Labradors Brody and Merry. Having a tight knit family throughout Connecticut keeps her busy. When she isn't busy, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ray, fishing, camping, and finishing home improvement projects.     Jim joined the Reynolds' team in 2015 after 20+ years in outdoor industry with Eastern Mountain Sports, and North Cove Outfitters. He is a Subaru enthusiast from way back having purchased his first one used in 1984! Jim lives in Old Saybrook with his wife and teenage son. He is an avid outdoors person, spending his free time with his family enjoying the beach, cycling, hiking, and snowboarding. He also enjoys cooking and homebrewing.

    Cassie has been with Reynolds' since 2013, bringing in over ten years of customer and administrative services. She has lived in multiple areas including San Antonio, TX and Providence, RI, but grew up in  Croton on Hudson, NY. While enjoying new environments, culture, and diversity Cassie moved to Connecticut in 2012 where she met her husband. She enjoys adventures, movies, learning, playing with her three dogs LilliBee, Khloe, and Zeek, and spending time with her family.

    Jessica joined the Reynolds' team in 2015 as the Accounting Assistant. She has over 17 years of experience in various accounting positions. She lives in Niantic with her three daughters Molly, Layna, and Jillian. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and walking her Boston Terrier, Bailey along the beach with her girls.

    Marty has been an integral part of the Reynolds' Subaru Parts & Service department for over 20 years!  Marty is our Parts Manager, and somehow knows just about everyone who walks through the door, and he even knows their driving habits, mileage, and other miscellaneous information.  Marty is extremely honest, hardworking, and responsible. He and his wife Molly live in Deep River, and have two children, Joe & Kevin.

    Keith brings over eight years of service experience to our Subaru Service Team.  He is completely committed to keeping your customer satisfaction rating at 100%.  He is always smiling, happy to see you and happy to serve you.  His honesty, reliability and integrity completely encompass the Reynolds' philosophy.  In his free time, Keith and his son Ryan can be found fishing and playing sports.

    Gerry Hill is a Subaru Master Technician and an ASE certified technician with over 20 years of experience on Subarus. He recently made the move over to the parts department to facilitate the high volume of business.  Gerry loves the challenges that he faces from time to time in service/parts.  Gerry joined the Reynolds team because of the commitment Reynolds' has to its employees and also because of the state of the art Subaru repair facility.  Gerry lives in East Haddam, Connecticut with his wife, Patricia, and their Pitbull Hova.

    Marcia joined Reynolds' Subaru as our new service advisor having many years of customer service experience. She resides in East Lyme with her significant other Tim. She has two daughters, Meredith (24) and Joy (23). Her hobbies include kayaking, cooking, editing novels, helping to organize her high school reunion every five years, and reading.  She loves to travel - has explored many different countries, islands, and states.     Express Subaru Service

    Bryan, originally from our local community of Old Lyme, now resides in Mystic, CT. He has proved himself to be a wonderful asset to Reynolds' by running the Express Service Center, and cutting down the time of services significantly. An alum of Three Rivers Community College, Bryan enjoys spending his free time problem solving, visiting new places with friends and family, doing jiu-jitsu and MMA.

    Lot Attendant

    Nik is our go-to-guy here at Reynolds', with a wide range of skills and tasks. In his free time, Nik enjoys working on classic Subaru's, playing music in his band- Jam Shed, and mountain biking.

    Subaru Certified Technician

    Matt joined the Reynolds' team in 2012 as an Automotive Service Technician.  Matt trained at the Porter & Chester Technical Institute, majoring in Automotive Technology.  After 14 years of experience with Saab, he joined the Reynolds' team.  Since joining our state of the art repair facility, Matt has been committed to continue with his training and education and has become fully Subaru Certified.  He grew up on the CT Shoreline and resides locally.   During his free time he can most often be found with his family.

    Shop Foreman, Subaru Certified and ASE Master Technician

    " Dom", a graduate of the Universal Technical Institute, is Master Subaru Certified. He has been in the automotive industry for 14 years. In his free time, Dom enjoys a broad spectrum of interests, including yoga, re-modeling houses, boating, fishing, music, hunting, motorcycles, and spending time with his family.

    Wes, a longtime resident of the Essex- Deep River area, is in the process of the noteworthy accomplishment of getting Subaru- certified. In his free time, Wes enjoys spending time with is kids, riding his motorcycle, and even volunteering his time to coach little league in his area.

    Eric, a Senior Master employee for Subaru, attended the CT School of Electronics. With over ten years of Subaru-specific experience, Eric is very knowledgeable about all things Subaru. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, quadding, and spending time with his wife and dog.

    Drew grew up around cars and boats, so he brings a lifetime of skill and hard work to the table here at Reynolds'. In his free time, Drew likes to take advantage of the wonderful landscape around him on the shoreline by spending time at the beach, and going fishing.
