The CPR training program of The Lyme Ambulance Association
was enhanced today with the help of Reynolds Subaru, in
partnership with the
National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation.
Reynolds Subaru and NADCF presented three Resusci Anne CPR manikins;
the adult, the juvenile and the baby. CPR instruction teaches a person how to
keep a heart beating while waiting for professional assistance to arrive. There
has been an increase in the number of survivors from ventricular fibrillation
as a result of increased CPR training across the country.
Looking for an opportunity to learn CPR? The Hamburg Fire
Station will be hosting an event, held by Lyme Ambulance Association, Saturday
November 15th from 9-12. Advance registration is required. RSVP by
calling 860.434.5667.
