For designers and engineers, the challenge is trying to find ways to make the new Subaru lineup better. The challenge for the driver is to find a scenario that will test a Subaru to its limit. Subaru vehicles are well-equipped for whatever you throw out it, especially with the help of technologies such as Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Then there are the rally drivers who really push the vehicle to the max.

Rally racing consists of real cars that race through challenging courses. These courses can be paved and unpaved, and the events can last for days through tough weather conditions. That's why it's a perfect challenge for a Subaru.

If you've never seen a rally driver in action, what better event to review than the Isle of Man TT Mountain Course? It's not a course for the faint-hearted, let's just say. In the video below, Higgins screams down the course in a 2015 Subaru WRX STI, successfully crushing his previous PR of 19 minutes 56.7 seconds in 2011. This time, he achieved a 19-minute, 26 second-finish. His top speed approached nearly 117 mph.
