In honor of Tuesday being Earth Day as well as Lyme, CT's admirable commitment to preserving its agriculture heritage and character of the small town, we at Reynolds Subaru like to remind our customers that we offer new Subaru Partial Zero Emissions Vehicles (PZEV).
These vehicles are designed to help protect our environment, so they therefore emit nearly zero emissions for a cleaner, happier space.
Furthermore, all Subaru vehicles are built in zero-landfill plants, meaning that all waste is either recycled or turned into electricity. This is no new practice; this has been the way Subaru has been demonstrating sustainable practices since 2004.
Not to mention, Subaru of Indiana was the first plant in the nation to be ISO-certified for International standard for excellence in environmental management systems and energy management systems. Plus, it's the only plant in the U.S. to be designated a Backyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. Needless to say, the Subaru name carries a sustainable and socially-responsible title with it.
So whether your vehicle is an Impreza, Forester, or another certified PZEV, keep in mind you're driving more than just a vehicle; you're driving with clean, respectful efforts.
For additional information about Subaru sustainable practices or our lineup, head over to Reynolds Subaru during our regular business hours, and we will gladly answer any questions you have. We look forward to serving you in any way we can!
