Service was fantastic. Just drive up , get out of your vehicle and tell them who you are and what you need,
then they walk your over to the waiting area
that has everything from snacks to coffee (free) and 40 Min. late your driving away. Who could ask for more.....

Absolutely fabulous! I was offered free pickup from my home and delivery for a routine service and a recall issue.
When I went to back the Subaru out of the garage to leave it in the drive for collection,
I discovered that the battery was dead. A quick call to your service department solved the problem. A mechanic arrived with a charger, took the car away,
and everything else was dealt with efficiently over the phone. The car was returned to me later in the day, serviced,
recall issue fixed, and with a new battery. Reynold's Garage kept me safe at this difficult time,
minimized client contact for their mechanics, and provided top-notch customer service. Couldn't be happier.

Well, I had gotten a few estimates for replacement of a head gasket and timing belt for my 2010 Forester and
thought why don't I try Reynolds Subaru and see how much higher the cost would be.
I got in contact with Marcia in the service department and told her what I needed. Well to my surprise,
the estimate she gave me was $600.00 less than I was previously quoted from a garage I trusted.
So I scheduled my service appointment, got a very nice Outback to drive while my car was being fixed.
In the end, I used the money I saved to get a little extra work done and still came out ahead. From the time I walked into Reynolds
I was greeted by professional staff and will be taking my car there for service in the future.

Good experience. Annette was exceptional. The facility was very nice and appears complete in all respects. Reynolds was not the closest Subaru dealer to me but the staff made the trip worth the extra miles.This was my first visit for service as I just bought my Forester in October of 2019. I cannot say enough great things about my visit.
From the time I walked in to the time I left my experience couldn't have been better. The people are polite and professional.
The lounge area is clean, comfortable and the coffee and selection of goodies were something I have never had anywhere in the past. Brian was so kind to me.
When I told him I needed a refresher on how to open the sunroof he said let's go out right now and I will show you. He did just that and asked if I had any other questions.
We have to change the clocks again this weekend and because I don't know how to do that either I guess I will be stopping in to see my friend Brian soon!!!

Would come back to your dealership just for him and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone I know. A
ppreciated his low key approach rather than many pushy, not sincere car salesmen I experience while shopping for a new car at many other dealerships
in the Greater Hartford area. Lovely human being and lovely dealership. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This is the nicest dealership in the whole state. I go out of my way to go here every time I need service; I'm in New London. The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my dog can join me to wait.

| Hi Joe, I just wanted to let you know how happy Randy and I are with our new Outback. It feels great to be back in a Subaru again especially after the snowstorm we just had. We took the kids out to the movies on Saturday only to find a winter wonderland when it was time to go home. We passed two accidents and made our way through the obstacle course of tree limbs on our ride home without a problem. (That was before the lights went out) That is the car I remember owning a few years ago and I'm so glad to own one again. I've attached a picture of the car as it looked when we returned from our winter wonderland adventure and I swear it's smiling. Dear Hayden and Joe Barlow,
We just purchased our fourth Subaru from Reynolds Garage.
Our salesperson, Joe Barlow, is the best. Very easy to work with and very
knowledgeable about Subaru's. As always, our experience at Reynold's was low
key, no pressure and thoroughly enjoyable. My new car, a 2012 Impreza is fun to
drive and really feels like a sports car.
I will keep this car, as always, for at least ten to eleven years and
with the excellent care I get from Subaru service, there is every likelihood
that this will happen.
I have recommended any number of friends to buy a Subaru from Reynolds Garage and my hope for Hayden and all of his wonderful employees is many long and prosperous years in business.
